Job Summary
Immigration Consultant focused on high-volume case production and client service; responsible for initiating, assessing, preparing, assembling, and filing immigration petitions using established templates, coordinating with government agencies (USCIS, DOL, DOS) on case status and RFEs, drafting forms and supporting letters for NIV/IV/PERM, maintaining accurate case records, and using dashboards to prioritize workload while staying current on immigration law and policy changes; participates in training and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 0–5 years of business immigration experience; OR a combination of education and experience that demonstrates readiness for the role.
