Job Summary
Immigration/Paralegal role supporting Attorneys in preparing, filing, and monitoring U.S. corporate immigration matters. Responsibilities include lead client communications, guidance on case processing, preparing forms and documents for attorney review, managing status of filed applications, using document/data management systems, producing internal caseload reports, and escalating concerns as needed. Requires high-volume work capability, strong attention to detail, excellent client service, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Growth opportunities toward Senior Paralegal or other paths; hybrid work in Richardson, TX with periodic travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree; 1-year law-related experience under licensed attorney; or, PL certificate from ABA approved program.
- Typically at least 1+ year(s) U.S. corporate immigration experience.
- MS Office, Scan/Copy; learn, apply and effectively navigate daily use of propriety software.
- Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
- Regular and on-time attendance.
- Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
