Job Summary
Immigration Compliance Adviser responsible for ensuring Bupa’s sponsored workforce remains compliant with Home Office requirements. Manage immigration and sponsorship enquiries and cases, advise on eligibility for UK sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa, and submit accurate Certificates of Sponsorship applications through the Home Office Sponsorship Management System. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and customers across the business, supporting UK HR/People Services in a hybrid Leeds-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in immigration compliance and sponsorship is highly desirable
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Ideally someone who has experience in compliance, onboarding or who comes from a regulated industry
- Proactive, attention to detail, highly organised, excellent time management skills
- Good level of administration experience and MS Office and IT skills
