Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of global immigration coordination experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume customer service role
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Candidates should be flexible for any shift/working hours
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
