Job Summary
Coordinate with Immigration-Canada Department (IRCC) for client queries and oversee all aspects of visa and immigration services to ensure smooth processes. Interview clients, verify information accuracy, and prepare retainer agreements, fee quotes, and legal documents for submission within government time limits. Manage the team, book appointments for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants, and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues while staying updated on legislation changes. This role supports Effizient Immigration Inc.'s authorized practice in helping clients worldwide with student visas, work permits, and PR applications from our Kitchener-based firm.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a strong understanding of immigration legislation of Canada
- Must be well versed with VISA documentation for different VISA types under different categories
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong IT skills with a knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel and related software
- Ability to prepare files from scratch to submission ready
Desired Qualifications
- LLB or LLM degree preferred
