Job Summary
Prepare, review, and submit high-quality immigration applications across streams including Express Entry, PNP, Family Class, and LMIA. Conduct initial client interviews to gather essential data, assess suitability, and coordinate directly with IRCC to resolve queries and track progress. Draft professional retainer agreements, oversee signing processes, and maintain audit-ready client records while preparing accurate fee quotes and invoices. Manage strict timelines for document submissions and perform rigorous quality checks on all legal documents before filing. Monitor evolving regulations under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and identify operational efficiencies to ensure smooth service delivery from intake to final decision.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience with Canadian immigration
- Foundational understanding of different visa types and documentation categories
- Strong IT skills
- High proficiency in MS Word
- High proficiency in MS Excel
- Exceptional written and oral English skills
- Ability to spot inconsistencies in complex documentation
- Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
