Job Summary
Business Development Representative to identify and engage corporate clients for business immigration and global mobility services; responsibilities include prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events; qualify leads for senior attorneys; maintain CRM; build relationships with HR and mobility leaders; represent the firm at conferences, networking events, and webinars; collaborate with attorneys, marketing, and client services; provide market feedback to improve messaging, offerings, and client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of professional experience in business immigration sales, business development, recruiting, or client relations (legal or professional services industry a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex services clearly and confidently
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outreach and networking
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
