Job Summary
Serve as co-counsel on client matters, including representing clients at USCIS interviews; appear in person at scheduled USCIS Interviews; represent clients professionally and ensure accurate communication of case status; follow prepared notes, instructions and report outcomes using firm templates; gig-based, appointment-driven assignments with flexible opportunities and transportation/training expenses covered; must have active U.S. bar license, 2-3 years of immigration-related experience, and be available during business hours; malpractice insurance provided for all assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Active U.S. bar license (any jurisdiction)
- 2-3 years of experience as an attorney
- Immigration experience required
- Background in mock trial, moot court, depositions and/or litigations
- Availability during business hours
