Job Summary
Associate Immigration Attorney will manage a caseload and represent clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals, prepare diverse immigration applications (including family-based petitions) and advise on strategy, collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal assistants, and engage with clients and law enforcement/community partners as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Admitted attorney
- 3-5 years Immigration Law experience
- Ability to manage a caseload
- Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications
- Experience with Case Management Software is preferred
