Job Summary
Immigration Litigation Attorney needed for an onsite role in Cleveland, OH with relocation available. Responsibilities include handling immigration litigation matters from start to finish: appearing in Immigration Court for master calendar and individual hearings (in-person and WebEx), preparing and filing applications with Immigration Court and USCIS, advising clients on case strategy and next steps, reviewing court notices and deadlines, conducting legal research, and collaborating with the legal team to keep cases moving. Requirements: JD and active bar license in any state, 4+ years of immigration or litigation experience, strong courtroom presence with EOIR matters, excellent writing and research skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
