Immigration Analyst

Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of moderate to highly complex immigration cases, guiding employees from initial consultation through visa, work permit, and residence permit completion while ensuring legal compliance. Serve as the primary liaison between employees, HR, business stakeholders, outside counsel, and service providers to resolve issues proactively. Contribute to regional immigration strategy by identifying process improvements and mentoring junior team members through training and complex case support. Maintain accurate data across immigration systems and track vendor performance against business objectives. This senior individual contributor role shapes strategy for the Gas Power One Field Services team, enabling reliable global operations across 100+ countries.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in immigration case management, including high-complexity casework across multiple visa and permit types
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end immigration processes, including legal documentation and compliance
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written — with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Proficiency in English

- Experience managing immigration vendor or counsel relationships
- Familiarity with immigration case management systems and data tracking tools
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members in a professional setting
- A formal education and subsequent Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject
