Job Summary
Prepare ingredients and apply basic cooking techniques for daily dishes. Provide input on menu composition, modification, and methods. Manage stock, inventory, and order processes. Supervise assistants professionally. Work varied shifts in a modern kitchen at Indian Taste in Lelystad. Salary ranges from €2,500 to €3,200 per CAO.
Required Qualifications
- MBO 3 level working and thinking level
- knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- ability to prepare ingredients for dishes himself/herself
- ability to apply basic cooking techniques
- ability to provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu card and methods
- responsibility for stock/inventory and order management
- ability to supervise the assistant(s) in a professional manner
