Job Summary
Provide one-on-one home care following a client-specific care plan in patients' homes. Duties include assisting with daily activities (transfers, baths, mobility, appointments), housekeeping tasks, personal care, medication reminders, and recording client care observations for supervisor review. Build rapport with clients, engage them in conversations and activities to support mental alertness, and help with exercises. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. The role requires a minimum of two years of Home Care Aide experience, TB test, and a valid driver’s license. This is a part-time/full-time caregiver position with dayshift availability; located in San Pedro, CA.
