Job Summary
Conduct daily lifeguard duties at the West YMCA to provide a safe environment for members. Maintain physical and mental readiness while professionally communicating with members, staff, and supervisors. Demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with YMCA standards and keep all Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid certifications current. Must be 15 years of age or older.
