Job Summary
Conduct routine 30–60 minute in-home visits for medication setup and general health assessments, serving patients in Jasper County and surrounding areas. Perform approximately 10 weekly visits with flexible scheduling options, including part-time or full-time case load growth. No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call required. Utilize a company car for office pick-up/drop-off or receive mileage reimbursement for personal vehicles. Earn pay-per-visit compensation with weekly paychecks.
