Job Summary
In-Home Caregiver provides non-medical support and companionship in clients' homes, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), meal preparation and feeding, light housekeeping and laundry, medication reminders (non-medical), mobility transfers and safety monitoring, and transportation to appointments. The role emphasizes meaningful connections and quality of life, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and advancement. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, insured personal vehicle, CPR certification, TB clearance, and successful background check. Located in Cobb County area (Marietta, GA) with a flexible day/evening/overnight/weekend shift mix, and a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test (within required timeframe)
- Ability to pass background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
