Job Summary
Contact customers remotely to prompt orders, upsell, and resolve concerns regarding purchases, payments, and deliveries. Record customer feedback and information from conversations into the database. Collaborate with team members and department staff to identify process errors affecting purchasing decisions and resolve issues related to finance and reconciliation. Work through assigned lists to complete tasks within given deadlines while supporting performance targets. Requires proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu, with a start salary of RM 2300 rising to RM 2500 after confirmation. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu
- Comfortable working with computers
- Microsoft Excel skills
