Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and physicians through regular in-person visits. Identify new business opportunities within the local community by planning networking events, health fairs, and educational presentations. Manage marketing materials, track activities and sales performance using CRM software, and monitor competitors to expand market share. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client transitions while meeting established referral and revenue growth goals. Requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel locally in San Antonio, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing, business development, healthcare sales, or community relations experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to lift and carry marketing materials up to 25 pounds
- Standing and walking during community events and presentations
