Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing visits in the home setting every 6 hours as assigned. Assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments per orders, and follow the care plan and agency policies. Report changes in condition to the clinical team and complete timely, accurate documentation while communicating professionally with patients, families, and the team. Requires an active Florida RN license, immediate availability, reliable transportation, and strong clinical and communication skills. Immediate start with weekly pay and flexible per diem scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Must be available to start immediately
- Ability to complete visits every 6 hours
- Reliable transportation
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate
- Background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility
