Job Summary
Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care activities that assist patients with daily living. Responsibilities include supporting personal hygiene, ambulation, meal preparation, and patient transportation to appointments. Perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry. Requires a CNA license or HHA certificate, valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and completion of a Level 2 fingerprint background check. Preferred experience includes the use of Hoyer lifts and personal care.
Required Qualifications
- CNA license or HHA Certificate
- Valid Driver License or State Photo ID
- Social Security (in Color)
- Proof of Legal Status
- Auto Insurance and Registration
- CPR Card (cannot be an online class)
- TB or Chest X-ray
- Level 2 Fingerprint Background check
- Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU
- 1 letter of recommendation
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Experience in Hoyer lift
- Experience in Personal care
- Experience in Range of Motion Exercises
- Companionship skills
- Light cleaning experience

- MUST SPEAK ENGLISH AND WILLING TO DRIVE CLIENTS
