Job Summary
In-home care role providing personal care, companionship, and support with activities of daily living (ADLs) for clients in the North Suburban Chicago area. Responsibilities include in-home personal care, ADLs assistance, ensuring client safety and comfort, following care plans and agency guidelines, and effective communication with the care team. Flexible scheduling with consistent weekly shifts and opportunities for additional hours. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to North Suburban locations.
Required Qualifications
