Job Summary
Seeking board-certified plastic and reconstruction surgeons with a microsurgery fellowship to join Banner - University Medicine Tucson in building a world-class breast reconstruction program with the University of Arizona Cancer Center. Work with new faculty in breast surgery and breast oncology to develop innovative care pathways for patients with breast cancer, prepare patients for long-term survivorship and optimized quality of life, and advance translational research, health services research, clinical trials, drug and device innovation, and education. The successful candidate should be able to contribute across translational and clinical domains, participate in academic activities, and engage in program development with substantial institutional resources and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons
- Fellowship-Training in Microsurgery
- Experienced and graduating plastic & breast reconstruction surgeons with interests in academic medicine are encouraged to apply
