Job Summary
Establish clinical practice and provide residency and fellowship teaching in outpatient and inpatient areas. Build specialized MFM and obstetrics programs while initiating clinical and research programs through interdisciplinary collaboration. Develop internal and external relationships to promote system-wide collaborations and maintain a teaching environment of the highest quality and integrity. This faculty appointment includes a rank and salary commensurate with experience, offering a sign-on and relocation bonus. The role supports early-career mentorship and leadership development within a collaborative academic team at the University of Arizona - Phoenix, affiliated with Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix.
Required Qualifications
- Subspecialty training and certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Academic rank of Assistant or Associate Professor
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Subspecialty board eligibility/certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Recognized clinician with strong communication skills
- Be a willing collaborator with colleagues outside of the division
