Job Summary
Conduct patient treatment at Immediate Care Centers in McHenry, Huntley, and Crystal Lake, maintaining a clinical schedule across these locations as required. Teach medical residents, fellows, students, and other healthcare providers as needed. Provide on-call coverage and refer patients to specialists within the affiliated provider network. Participate in practice unit meetings, quality assurance activities, and billing documentation compliance. Perform other duties assigned by the President or designee consistent with physician employment.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in Family medicine or Emergency Medicine
- Ability to rotate across Immediate Care Center locations in the Northwest Suburbs including McHenry, Huntley and Crystal Lake
- Ability to maintain a clinical schedule on such days, such hours, and at such locations as necessary to provide timely and comprehensive medical services
- Ability to teach medical residents, fellows, medical students, nurses and other health care providers
- Ability to provide on-call coverage as reasonably required
- Ability to refer patients requiring specialized medical care to specialists and other health care providers and facilities that are members of NMG's affiliated provider network
- Ability to participate in practice unit meetings and quality assurance activities
- Ability to comply with billing, documentation and related policies, procedures, systems and practices established by NMG
- Ability to complete a background check that includes criminal history
- Ability to complete an authorization and disclosure form for the background check
