Job Summary
IMC Media Manager EMEA leads the Brand Experience and Digital Transformation for the EMEA region, defining holistic owned and paid media strategies across video, paid social, retail media, and search; drives data activation (1P/2P/3P) and personalization with AI/ML, establishes measurement frameworks and ROI demonstrations, and manages platform partnerships with major players (Google, Meta, Amazon DSP). The role reports to the Director, Digital & AI Capabilities EMEA and requires senior leadership in IMC strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering scalable media capabilities in a global or regional context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a Digital Media Leader in an international or EMEA regional role, preferably within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or media agency environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in media and web analytics, including proficiency with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMMs).
- Demonstrated expertise in the Programmatic and Paid Social media landscape, including hands-on experience with various DSPs/SSPs and major large-scale publishers (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon).
