Job Summary
Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional customer service while answering questions about movies, showtimes, and theater amenities. Sell tickets and concessions using point-of-sale systems, handle cash and credit card transactions, and serve food, beverages, and popcorn. Collect tickets and distribute 3D glasses, then maintain the cleanliness of the theater, lobby, and concession areas. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age of 16.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Positive, upbeat demeanor and a passion for guest service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience handling cash or working in customer service preferred
