Job Summary
Own the roadmap, vision, and strategy for the complete product lifecycle, including budget guidance and financial accountability for assigned products. Conduct continuous product discovery through experimentation and customer conversations to define problem statements, prioritize the backlog, and align with commercial teams on strategic goals. Lead cross-functional product teams in break-fix needs, performance improvements, and delivering innovations that create long-term customer value in veterinary medicine. Drive all facets of product experience for new launches, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with research veterinarians to solve customer problems. Communicate regularly with Commercial, Medical, and Support teams on deployment plans while tracking industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Product Management or product development role
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing
- Proven ability to engage with SMEs and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
- BA/BS degree in scientific discipline
- MBA, DVM, PhD or other advanced degree
- Action oriented: can do and does do attitude
