Job Summary
Imaging Technologist responsible for the preparation and execution of X-ray, CT, and MR procedures. Welcome patients/visitors/staff, assist radiologists and physicians during exams, assess patient condition, produce high-quality radiographic images, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Night shift, full-time position located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital with on-site presence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduate from an accredited program in the school of Radiologic Technology
- N.Y. State Department of Health X-ray License
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification
- Preferred Criteria: N.Y. State Department of Health IV Certification
- Preferred Criteria: ARRT Advanced Modality certification
