Job Summary
Imaging Technologist I performs radiographic procedures and utilizes ionizing radiation to produce optimal diagnostic images. Collaborates with physicians to interpret images, assists with training students and technologists, and performs injection procedures. Responsible for patient safety, positioning, and operating radiology equipment to deliver high-quality images while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Requires qualification in radiology with ARRT-R within 1 year of hire and BLS certification; Indiana radiology permit/license and radiology certificate are required. Schedule includes night shift Tuesday–Friday with a sign-on bonus eligibility. Travel not applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Radiology Certificate required
- Indiana Radiology Student Permit OR Radiology License required
- ARRT-R required within 1 year of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association required
