Job Summary
Perform clinical imaging procedures including Nuc Med, CT, MRI, General X-ray, or US with proficiency at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Utilize independent judgment and initiative to perform state-of-the-art imaging and assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Maintain ARRT licensure or NMTCB registration and demonstrate proficiency in two modalities, with specific CT certification needed within one year if CT is selected. Complete BLS certification and demonstrate excellent communication skills to prioritize and adapt tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment. Requires High School Diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- ARRT Licensure or NMTCB
- Proficiency at a technical level, not requiring constant supervision, in 2 of the following modalities: (X-ray, CT, CNMT, MRI, or Ultrasound)
- ARDMS registration (if one of the 2 modalities is Ultrasound)
- CT certification (if one of the 2 modalities is CT, must be obtained within one year)
- BLS certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly
