Job Summary
Prepare hard copy records for scanning by accurately sorting, removing staples, and ensuring documents are in correct order; operate scanning equipment to convert physical files into high-quality electronic images meeting quality standards; follow production procedures, complete internal tracking documentation, and adhere to Imaging Center guidelines for a clean and secure work environment; tolerate overtime/weekends as needed and lift up to 40 lbs; requires a High School diploma or equivalent and basic PC familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remove staples, sort, file, and box records while maintaining accuracy
- Basic familiarity with Personal Computers (PC)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently at a sustained pace to meet production rates
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
- Flexibility to work overtime (OT) or weekends as needed
- Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs frequently
