Job Summary
Digitizing Records Specialist responsible for end-to-end conversion of physical assets into digital records, including high-capacity scanning, quality control, and precise reassembly of documents to maintain original sequence and integrity. Will manage preparation, sorting, and scanning of hard-copy files using specialized imaging technology, perform document indexing and quality control to meet strict accuracy standards, and maintain internal documentation and logs while upholding workplace organization for a safe, efficient production environment. Required to lift up to 40 pounds, handle staples removal, sorting, and reassembly of complex document sequences, and communicate effectively in English to ensure safety and production standards.
Required Qualifications
- experience in high-volume production or administrative environment
- basic computer knowledge and ability to train on imaging software and high-capacity scanning hardware
- attention to detail and ability to perform tactile document tasks (removing staples, sorting, reassembling)
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- proficient reading/writing in English
