Job Summary

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs on diagnostic imaging systems with technical support. Execute installations and de-installations of products and peripheral equipment while maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Manage administrative duties including electronic expense reports, work orders, parts inventory, and QA/RA functions. Utilize root cause analysis to resolve service delivery issues and comply with FDA and ISO 13485 regulatory requirements. Maintain assigned tools, test equipment, and spare parts while promoting the company's image internally and externally. Travel up to 100% based on business needs, including overnight and air travel, and work odd hours or overtime as required.

Required Qualifications

Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science discipline, or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of previous field service experience
Knowledge of assigned equipment to provide timely repair and effective maintenance
Active listening skills and above average customer service skills
Sound organization and administrative skills
Self-starter
Ability to maintain paperwork to FDA and company required standards
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to communicate technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner
Capability to operate test equipment related to job (oscilloscope, meter, and diagnostic testers, etc.)
Valid driver's license
Safe driving record
Must be prepared to work odd hours and overtime hours on occasion
Must be prepared to travel as required
Must possess good interpersonal skills
Must be reliable and able to work independently
Must project a professional image
Must comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements
Must comply with applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements
Must comply with all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards
Must comply with and pass all requirements for vendor credentialing
Must be willing to test for the COVID-19 virus periodically
Must be willing to wear a face covering indoors as required
