Job Summary
Collects and analyzes data to ensure the Imaging department functions according to defined practice standards and regulatory requirements for an assigned modality; coordinates staffing, orientation, in-service education, and education activities; maintains imaging reports and follow-up with technologists; performs imaging procedures in assigned modality; adheres to radiation safety and regulatory guidelines; maintains supplies and supports accreditation processes; collaborates with imaging leaders and physicians on procedures and staffing; ensures patient care per modality and supports continuous department operations and education.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
- Two years’ experience
- BLS HCP
- ARRT certifications listed (various)
- state licenses for imaging modalities
- radiation safety training
