Job Summary
Plan, organize, and manage all functions of Imaging Departments including CT, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine to ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards. Direct radiological services by overseeing staffing, resource allocation, and the operational and capital budget to meet productivity targets and revenue goals. Lead interdisciplinary teams in developing quality monitoring systems, process improvement initiatives, and evidence-based policy updates. Serve as a liaison to physicians, patients, and referring facilities while driving exceptional customer service and employee satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of relevant experience in leadership
- CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days
