Job Summary
Repair, calibrate, and verify complex imaging systems to restore confidence in every scan while ensuring radiation outputs, documentation, and database integrity meet regulatory accuracy. Serve as the technical voice clinicians rely on when equipment performance affects real-time decisions, and lead vendor guidance and inventory management to keep equipment operational. Mentor associates and guide technical troubleshooting for radiographic rooms, C-arms, ultrasound, and mammography equipment. Requires minimum three years of experience repairing medical imaging equipment, strong computer skills for diagnostics, and a valid driver's license for national travel. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing medical imaging equipment (radiographic rooms, C‐arms, ultrasound, mammography, etc.)
- Strong computer skills: interpreting error codes, replacing power supplies, hard‐drive work, and system diagnostics
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and networking applications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks required for equipment service
- 2‐year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience or TRIMEDX Trained Certification/biomedical certification program
- Must be able to travel as needed
