Image Permissions Specialist – Digital Libraries & Permissions

Job Summary
Request and secure image licensing from external companies, research contacts via LinkedIn and company websites, and purchase stock photo licenses. Maintain permissions documentation, track usage rights and expiration dates, and update art logs to ensure accuracy and compliance with publishing standards. Upload and organize visual assets within the DAM system, apply metadata and naming conventions, and manage user access settings. Coordinate permissions status with Product Development, CraftPro, Testing, and Marketing teams to meet production deadlines. Support process improvements and resolve permissions risks while managing multiple projects independently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher

Desired Qualifications
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
- Aprimo experience
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
- Adobe Acrobat or other PDF editing tools
- Familiarity with construction, maintenance, or technical education content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with common workplace applications (Chrome, Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat or other PDF editing tools
- Experience with Smartsheet
- Experience managing spreadsheets, logs, and documentation-heavy workflows
