Image Librarian (12 Month Fixed- Term Contract)

Support the maintenance, development, and continuous improvement of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, acting as the key point of contact for troubleshooting, best practices, user support, and system enhancements. Manage the full lifecycle of digital image assets, including ingestion, metadata tagging, taxonomy, search schema application, usage rights management, expiration tracking, and quality control of large asset volumes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver support to diverse DAM users while troubleshooting product image issues, performing minor retouching, and meeting critical deadlines. Oversee all imagery across Primark, including product, studio, creative, and campaign assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence. Align priorities with long-term objectives and drive quality enhancement initiatives to foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
