Job Summary
Run portrait sessions through AI retouching software, performing exposure correction, white balance adjustments, colour correction, and initial skin and background retouching. Creatively colour grade, crop, and execute advanced retouching in Photoshop to maintain natural-looking skin textures while achieving the premium Verve finish. Prepare and upload final images into online albums and studio servers, completing administrative tasks including image collation and quality control. Consistently deliver work within production timeframes while maintaining exceptional quality standards. This fully remote, 5-day freelance role requires weekend availability to align with Australian Eastern Time (AEST) hours from 9:00am to 8:00pm, alongside daily team meetings and regular check-ins. Candidates must possess advanced Photoshop and Lightroom skills, a strong portfolio of portrait retouching, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Photoshop editing/retouching skills
- Experience with Lightroom and professional image editing workflows
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality portrait or e-commerce retouching
- Excellent colour grading and cropping skills
- The ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Weekend availability
- Working hours align with Australian Eastern Time (AEST), between approximately 9:00am and 8:00pm
