Job Summary
Perform assembly based on blueprints and supervisor instructions using hand tools to build conveyor products. Self-inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications while recording assembly status on a computer. Adhere to all safety rules and Daifuku's QMS policies, maintaining sustainable process outputs for continuous improvement. Work the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm) and be prepared to work overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of machine assembly experience
- Ability to read and understand complex blueprints and assembly drawings
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniques
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Team orientation
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Must be able to read exact measurements on a tape measure without assistance
- Must be able to read blueprints and schematics

- Crane operation experience
