Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and monitor ILS elements and LSA management following contract conclusion, while managing requirements, preparing reports, and documenting knowledge. Support departmental management and the sales team in tender preparation, and develop technical and logistical concepts and control documents. Ensure continuous LSA data maintenance and quality management in databases, and assist with configuration and obsolescence management plans. Collect field data, attend specialist and planning meetings, and correspond with internal units, subcontractors, and clients. Request and assess technical documentation for completeness and suitability. Commission and supervise relevant departments including logistics engineers and QA staff. Participate in internal planning and progress meetings, and represent the organization to programme management and regulatory authorities.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or vocational qualification with further training as a technician in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field
- 1 year's professional experience in the fields of ILS/LSA
- 1 year's professional experience in one of the following areas: mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, shipbuilding, electrical engineering, electronics or a comparable field
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Confident manner, analytical and solution-oriented thinking, strong communication skills
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel
