Job Summary
Plan and coordinate Integrated Logistics Support activities across the entire product lifecycle for defense systems, ensuring compliance with military standards such as ASD S-Series and MIL-Standards. Lead strategic implementation of maintenance concepts, logistics strategies, and spare parts supply chains while managing timelines, costs, and quality. Conduct Logistic Support Analysis and RAM data evaluations to identify optimization potentials for system readiness, and define requirements for maintainability, reliability, and availability. Develop and maintain ILS documentation, coordinate with customers and international partners, and support bids and audits within the defense sector.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwissenschaften (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Techniker/Meister mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im ILS- oder Defence-Umfeld
- Praktische Erfahrung im militärischen / wehrtechnischen Umfeld (z. B. Bundeswehr, OEMs, Zulieferer)
- Fundiertes Verständnis der ILS-relevanten Prozesse (ILS, LSA, RAMS)
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Life Cycle Cost (LCC)-Analysen / LCC-Berechnungen
- Kenntnisse von Abläufen, Organisation und Regularien im Defence-Bereich
- Fähigkeit zur Strukturierung und Auswertung von Daten gemäß ASD-Standards (z. B. S3000L)
- Kenntnisse in S1000D
- Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit ILS Tools (idealerweise IKOS Suite)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- gute Englischkenntnisse
