Job Summary
Integrated Logistics Support Manager based in Bridgeton, MO with option for in-person or hybrid work. Leads logistics efforts for defense programs, supervising a team of logisticians, trainers, and publication writers; plans workloads, budgets, and schedules; ensures compliance and quality for logistics requirements; coordinates spares, technical data, field service, and change control with customers; analyzes engineering change documentation related to logistics; travels for demonstrations, validation, tests, and program-management reviews; mentors team; presents complex logistics topics to varied audiences; supports and reinforces organizational mission and culture; requires DoD environment experience, strong leadership, and DoD security clearance eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience working in logistics support (ILS) or equivalent
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership guidance
- Ability to make decisions and handle complex issues in a timely manner
- Experience working in a DoD environment preferred
- Willing and able to travel up to 20%
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one
