ILS INSTRUCTOR (DAVIS)

Provide personalized instruction and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop daily living skills, independence, and community involvement. Develop and conduct creative activities tailored to individual learning styles while assisting with assessments and helping create individualized plans. Collaborate with outside agencies, participate in planning team meetings, and maintain accurate records and weekly schedules. Maintain ongoing communication with participants and their support circles.
