ILS Engineer (Junior/Medior) – Integrated Logistics Support

Job Summary
Support defense organizations by translating strict operational requirements into practical Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) approaches and maintenance strategies. Conduct RAM analyses, Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), and Level of Repair Analysis to ensure systems remain operational in the field. Collaborate with customer teams, engineers, and suppliers across diverse domains to define maintenance concepts, manage spare parts, and optimize design choices for availability and cost. Work primarily in Son with occasional client visits in the Netherlands, rotating between advisory roles and technical configuration tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Technische achtergrond (mbo, hbo of wo), via opleiding of werkervaring
- Startend in je carrière of enkele jaren ervaring in engineering, maintenance, productie of service
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met ILS, Systems Engineering, Defensie, onderhoudsprocessen of standaarden zoals S3000L
