ILS Consultant – Integrated Logistics Support

Advise clients on structuring Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) within their organizational processes, translating technical requirements into actionable maintenance and support strategies. Independently conduct RAM, MTA, and LoRA analyses for complex systems while ensuring deliverables remain practical for end-users. Act as a sparring partner for engineers and stakeholders across defense, high-tech, and other demanding sectors, bridging gaps between customer needs, engineering constraints, and contractual obligations. Collaborate with international teams and shape the internal ILS department's approach, tools, and market positioning. Work primarily from Son with frequent client visits in the Netherlands and abroad, balancing project execution with strategic team development.
