ILS Analyst IV – Navy C4ISR Sustainment - PRP (Job 1351)

Job Summary
Senior CM/ILS SME to support end-to-end life cycle management for Navy C4ISR sustainment programs. Responsibilities include provisioning, maintenance planning, engineering change management, configuration control, and coordinating with Integrated Product Teams to ensure accurate ILS products and sustainment documentation. Develop logistics plans, sustainment metrics, and training materials; produce Quick Reference Guides; support ECPs, TDs, and CCBs/CIBs; leverage DoD logistics systems (NALCOMIS, R-Supply, PMS, PMSMIS) and maintain NDA/DAWIA-level logistics expertise. Requires active Secret clearance and DAWIA Lifecycle Logistics Advanced/Level 3 (or equivalent) with extensive defense logistics experience (6+ years in C4ISR or similar systems). Facilities collaboration across locations; strong emphasis on program briefs, reporting, and IPT participation.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Ten years with a Master’s or 14 years with a Bachelor’s in defense life-cycle logistics
- DAWIA certification in Lifecycle Acquisition Logistics Advanced/Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience with DoD logistics systems such as NALCOMIS, R-Supply, PMS, PMSMIS
- Experience with ECPs, Technical Directives (TDs), and Change Implementations
- Experience leading Logistics Specialists
- Ability to coordinate with IPTs and develop logistics plans and sustainment documentation
