Service Manager – Inland Lease & Rental will run a cost-effective Preventative Maintenance and Repair program, forecast departmental goals, manage budgets, ensure compliance with regulations and warranty procedures, maintain service records, emphasize customer retention and satisfaction, supervise service department staff, coordinate with related departments, and respond to after-hours emergencies while ensuring safety and quality in vehicle maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED essential
- Post-secondary diploma or trades certification in a related field preferred
- Three years related experience and/or training
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
