Job Summary
Conceptualize, sketch, and develop compelling illustration concepts while creating high-quality digital paintings, vector illustrations, and production-ready visual assets. Adapt artwork to diverse styles including character design, environment concepts, packaging art, and commercial work, then revise and refine pieces based on feedback from clients, project managers, and the Creative Director. Manage multiple illustration projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines while ensuring all output aligns with brand standards and quality expectations. Present visual concepts to clients, explain creative decisions, and incorporate feedback professionally. Stay current with digital illustration techniques, industry trends, and emerging creative tools.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Illustrator, Concept Artist, or similar creative role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple illustration styles and subject matters
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience creating digital paintings, vector illustrations, and production-ready artwork
- Comfortable working in a macOS environment
- Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, composition, and visual storytelling
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Adaptable with a willingness to learn new artistic styles and creative techniques
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with confidence in presenting concepts directly to clients and handling client feedback professionally
