Job Summary
Chief Development Officer sought to lead Illumination Health + Home's fundraising and communications functions, designing and executing a comprehensive development strategy, stewarding donors, expanding revenue sources, and guiding staff and stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading planning and management of budgets, overseeing CRM systems (Bloomerang), donor relations, stewardship, and moves management; partnering with CEO and Board to grow philanthropic support from individuals, corporations, foundations, and events (e.g., Chef's Table). The role requires senior leadership experience, strategic vision, ability to build relationships with diverse constituencies, successful track record in securing five- and six-figure gifts, strong communications and team leadership skills, and a demonstrated capacity to enhance visibility and fundraising impact in a nonprofit setting. Required Qualifications
- Seven years of experience in a senior level fundraising or sales and communications leadership role with experience managing staff, planning, budgeting, and fiscal management.
